Campaign objective: 

Strengthen Adecco’s profile among students as a supplier of high profile jobs.

Campaign Concept: 

Offering students the summer job as Adecco’s Chief Executive Officer - with a salary of €13 000.

This was the fourth year Adecco offered the summer job as CEO to highly qualified students nationwide, and we needed to put a spin on the recruitment process. For 2014 we created a smart phone app that enabled us to test the students leadership qualities in a context closer to reality than ever before through the use of GPS, touch, sound recording and timer. The app contained 15 challenging and rewarding tasks over the course of three days. By using principles of gamification such as personal feedback and high scores throughout we kept the demanding three-day test engaging and interesting. 

The 2014 campaign that ran in both Sweden and Norway increased the number of student applicants by +400% compared to previous years.
